1. What should I donate?
It's up to you! Keep in mind that gifts that are perishable, bulky or
too heavy to ship easily will be given out at the Evening Reception. Favorite
gifts of past attendees? Small electronics and gift cards, preferably
attached to a sample of a product that is connected to your company. Least
favorite? Pen and Pencil sets.
2. How much does it have to cost?
There is no specific lower limit but a 'low-end' donation can reflect
poorly on you. Remember, your best customer or potential new customer
could be the recipient...and each gift is accompanied by your name and
contact information! Rule of thumb...don't give something you wouldn't
be happy to receive.
3. Can I donate more than one prize?
Of course...the more happy recipients, the better!
4. I don't have time to buy a prize but I want to be part of the
game..can you help?
Sure! Simply send along your cash donation and we'll be sure an attractive
gift is displayed, with your name attached.
5. What if I forget
to bring my prize?
It happens...we'll make arrangements for you to ship a gift directly to
a winner after the show.

Here's
how it works...
Exhibitors who have generously donated prizes
to the game will have a 'Prize Donor" ribbon on their table sign.
Their company name is listed on the Game Card
that is given to show attendees
Attendees
stop by these tables to say hello and get the Game
Card stamped. The more tables they visit, the better the chance
of winning!
After
the show, the names of six donating companies are chosen at random.
Game Cards
are checked to see how many of these six companies were visited.
Those show attendees who visited all
six selected companies have the greatest chance of winning
a prize...the chances drop as the number of visited 'special' companies
drops.
Completed Game Cards
are dropped at the registration desk when they leave. No need to wait...prizes
will be shipped to winners!
