The Northeast section, Institute of Food Technologists is your host for a full day of food technology related activities. Exhibitors are invited to apply to be part of our "Hot Topics" morning seminar session, an opportunity for attendees to get up to speed with new ingredients, resources and info to be more effective at their jobs.
In addition, space is available for ONE company to present a workshop focusing on their specific company's products or service, for up to 3 hours. (reasonable cost involved, call to discuss)
Over 210 exhibitors will welcome the movers and shakers of the New England food industry at our afternoon Supplier Expo, followed by the Wind-down reception ($20/person)
Purchasing professionals from area companies are invited to attend a private luncheon...that conveniently ends just as the Supplier Expo begins! (Sorry, in order to provide a relaxed atmosphere, suppliers and others aren't allowed to attend...you'll see them at the Expo).
You can't find an easier way to meet new and current customers! Register today...spaces are assigned when payment is RECEIVED so call and use your VISA/MC to get the best remaining space available.

Set-up is anytime after 9 AM. Drive right into the DCU Center through the garage door on the Commercial St. side. (Look for the open doorway!) You'll be able to drop off your materials and then exit to park. After exiting onto the one-way street take a right at the next intersection and look for the parking garage on the far left corner at the next corner. From there you can re-enter the Center through the main lobby.
Student volunteers will be on hand to help.
PLEASE DO NOT WHEEL ANY MATERIALS THROUGH THE FRONT LOBBY TO AVOID CHARGES FOR DAMAGE
TO THE FLOOR!
