For your convenience a block of rooms has been set aside for show exhibitors and guests for only $102 per night single/ double. (Taxes extra as usual, parking is $3 per night)

The Hyatt is conveniently attached to the Convention Center via a covered walkway (just in case of bad weather!)

Rooms are available at our discounted rate from Thursday, March 21 to Saturday, March 30, for your convenience.
Keep in mind, discounted rooms may not be available after March 10, 2013...register early!
Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before check-in. If you are having a problem getting our discounted rate, please give us a call.

Hyatt Regency Rochester

Both Convention Center and Hyatt Hotel parking garages are in the same building...if you're not staying at the Hyatt be sure to look for the Convention Center signs.
There are parking charges for both facilities...sorry, we don't validate!

Traveling from East (Syracuse, Wayne County, Auburn, Waterloo, Geneva)
Thruway to Exit 45 (490 W) to Rochester. Follow signs to Downtown. Exit Clinton Ave. Merge to Clinton. 3 traffic lights to Broad St. Left onto Broad. Go through 1 light. Make a right into Parking Garage. The Convention Center is connected to the Garage.

Traveling from West (Buffalo, Batavia, LeRoy and Pembroke): Thruway to Exit 47 (490E). 490E to Downtown. Exit Inner Loop east (exit 13) and take St. Paul St. Exit. Turn right onto St. Paul. Go through 4 traffic lights crossing over Main St. The South Avenue Parking garage is on the left. the Convention Center is connected to the garage.

Traveling from South (Avon, Dansville, Corning) 390 N to Rochester. Follow signs to DOWNTOWN (390N to 490E). Exit Inner Loop east (exit 13) and take St. Paul St. Exit. Turn right onto St. Paul. Go through 4 traffic lights crossing over Main St. The South Avenue Parking garage is on the left. the Convention Center is connected to the garage.

From the Greater Rochester International Airport take 390N to 490 E Follow signs to Downtown Exit Inner Loop east (exit 13) and take St. Paul St. Exit. Turn right onto St. Paul. Go through 4 traffic lights crossing over Main St. The South Avenue Parking garage is on the left. The Convention Center is connected to the garage.
