The Western NY section, Institute of Food Technologists is your host for an afternoon of food technology related activities. The day begins with our "Hot Topics" early afternoon seminar session, your opportunity to get up to speed with new innovations and become more effective at your job.

Over 115 exhibitors will welcome the movers and shakers of the Western NY area food industry at our afternoon Suppliers' Expo. Get product samples, trial formulations and meet some great people!
